Not to sure about the food it's questionable considering use of GMOs and other harmful ingredients but it smells good and they have a sitting area with wifi pretty cool!

I was there yesterday and they forgot to put my sandwich in my to go bag, so I called to enquire about it and the manger was so nice to refund me the full amount and give me another sandwich on the house ! Sweet ! But most of all what made a even better impression was that everyone there was so kind and caring about it !! I will most definitely go there again !

The food is your standard Panera food... So no complaints about the menu. I always use the app to do a rapid pick up order, so my food will be ready when/before I arrive. When I go to pick up my food, it's in a different spot each time. One time it will be on the app order pick up shelf, the next time it will be with the call ahead orders behind the counter or the staff just appears dumbfounded when you ask for your order. I personally am not a fan of the pick up shelf. For one, the staff has already commented on how people have messed with and/or sole food from the shelf in the past. 2. Literally, anyone could mess with your food while its waiting on the shelf. And 3. If I order a smoothie and HOT coffee... Are you really going to sit that on the shelf too, so the smoothie can melt and my hot coffee can become cold? I almost spilt my smoothie getting in my car because of how runny it was (the opening on the smoothie lid is probably the size of a quarter... Runny smoothie + large opening on the lid = mess). Another complaint I have, I add avocado to my sandwich. They charge an extra $1.60 for this (1slice aka chunk of avocado per sandwich half).The least you could do is cut up the one or two pieces of avocado you provide, so it can be evenly spread throughout my sandwich AND actually stay INSIDE my sandwich while I'm trying to eat it. And they always forgot to put your side in the bag, whether it be the chips, baguette or fruit. Like come on, Panera isn't the cheapest fast food place around, so Id say making sure you have ALL of the order ready to go when you place it on (the oh so convenient) pick up shelf isn't too much to ask. And staff members, please don't roll your eyes at me when I come to the counter to ask for my side that YOU forgot to put in my togo bag. Again, I DID pay for it. Lastly, when it comes packing the Togo bag... Call me crazy, but maybe putting sandwiches on the bottom of the bag isn't the best idea!?! A squashed sandwich, with yesterday's left over tomato slices, chipotle mayonnaise and chunk of avocado falling out while I eat my lunch is not ideal.

I've been to this location twice. First time it was a line out the door. I waited for 5-10 minutes and the line did not move. Forget it... Went back tonight and there was one cashier and two people in front of me. The first people took an inordinate amount of time to order. Whatever but then the dude in front of me blew my mind. While waiting he was preoccupied with his cell phone. And when it was his turn only then did he look up from his cell phone and start looking at the menu! Um, I'll have um, let me see, um...I wanted to go Judge Smails on him and scream "You'll get nothing and like it!" Haha. In the end the food wasn't bad but I can't get over the wait.
I've frequented this Panera more than my fair share and usually it's pretty good, but I've noticed the quality of this location has gone down a bit. On my most recent visit (today) I ordered online for rapid pick-up. The online ordering system allows you to customize your order, which I readily took advantage of considering changing the bread and adding a few more toppings was free. When I arrived 30 min later to pick up my order I approached the counter. Considering this was my first time ordering online, I wasn't sure of the pick up process. All of the employees were standing around talking. I was barely greeted and was pointed in the direction of the rapid pick-up station. The way it is set up is odd. Your order is sitting on a random counter across the restaurant in which anyone could grab since there's no ID or receipt required. So, I grabbed my food and low and behold, it was wrong and there were items missing/not asked for. Luckily I checked before I drove too far and turned around. I also requested light sauce on one sandwich and they decided to go *extra* sauce instead, drowning the entire sandwich into a soggy mess. On my last visit the customer service was yet again, lacking. The employees seem to want to goof off more than actually talking to customers. And yet again, they didn't read the order correctly. I used to love coming here, especially for study groups 6 years ago in high school. I guess I'll find another location to fill the void. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because I love the food.

The bagels and bread here are hard to beat, but they are not cheap. Personal favorites include the cinnamon crunch bagels, honey wheat bread, chicken noodle soup and mac & cheese. If you want to be everyone's favorite person in your office, stop by in the morning and bring some bagels to work. There's also free wifi available, if that's your thing.

Everyone was so nice at this Panera! The menu seems a lot larger than other Panera Breads that I've been to in the past. But, it has been a while since I've been to one. So, maybe all of the menus grew. I wasn't crazy about the Caffe Mocha. But the Broccoli chese soup in the sourdough bread bowl was AMAZING! They have free wi-fi and it looked super clean and lovely in this location. Next time I have the chance, I totally want to try some of their bakery items. They looked so mouth-watering!

Love love love panera. Such a nice place to relax, computer friendly - free wifi. Breakfast soufflés are amazing but end at 11am. Asiago bagel is soft and delish! You pick twos make it easy to get a taste of everything - plus you can get a baked good for $1 when you get a combo!
